NEXT OPEN DAY: Saturday 16th June, 1PM-4PM.

The museum is open regularly during the year and will be advertised on this site well in advance.

Your tour guides will be in original ROC uniform, and when available, they will also be former ROC Observers, all equipment and original documentation will be on display and visitors are free to remain on site for as long as they wish.

If you wish to book a private visit to the post for larger parties (schools, historical societies etc) then you can do so by emailing us. We offer a longer tour for private visits and visitors have more access to original paperwork and a more detailed history, schools can benefit from a detailed look into the Cold War and how it effected Northern Ireland, we also have material that teachers may take away with them to be used back in classrooms.

We are also available to give talks to schools, historical societies and at public events. We can provide a range of original equipment and documentation and have a full audio/visual presentation including DVD films and Power-Point presentation.

For those of you interested in Amateur Radio, the museum also holds an RSGB Call Sign and operates a Special Event Radio Station during open days.

All visits are free of charge but donations are greatly appreciated, all donations will go to the Royal Observer Corps Association.
